This represented an increase of 5.09% on the previous year.Once again, India topped the list as the biggest source market of tourists. Around 1.97 million Indian tourists visited Dubai in 2019. Saudi Arabia was in second place.

There were large rises in the numbers of visitors from Oman, China, Russia, the Philippines, France, Egypt, Nigeria, and Kazakhstan.Gains were offset by a drop in arrivals from countries such as the UK, Germany, Pakistan, Kuwait, and Iran.
